Notifications not working?

Go to iPhone Settings → NextUp → Notifications and make sure they're enabled. Alerts are sent when a new episode of a show you follow becomes available on its streaming platform.

Show not found?

We're constantly growing our catalogue. If a show you're looking for isn't listed yet, drop us an email and we'll do our best to add it as soon as possible.

Wrong streaming platform shown?

Platform availability can vary by country and change over time. If you spot incorrect info, let us know so we can fix it.

Trouble signing in, or want to delete your account and all associated data? Email us directly and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.

Children's privacy

NextUp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.
